Pet Policy:

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.



Security Hold or Damage Waiver:

This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 instead.



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.



House Rules:

Thanks for treating this home like your own. No parties, events, receptions, or large gatherings are allowed. The number of guests and visitors at the property may not exceed the home’s maximum occupancy. Smoking is not permitted at this property.



Exterior Security Camera:

For security purposes, an exterior Ring camera is located at the front of the home and monitors the front entrance and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
