Perfectly situated in the heart of Old Seagrove Beach, our home offers the ultimate blend of convenience and classic coastal charm. Whether you’re planning a family reunion or a fun-filled escape with friends, our spacious retreat is ready to host your group in comfort.
THE PINK HOUSE is built for group vacations! With generous living space and a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The house is designed to comfortably sleep 12 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Features a luxurious King bed with a Twin bed in the bonus space
Additional Bedrooms: Configured with a second King bed, a Queen bed, and four Twin beds.
Additional Sleeping: A Queen sleeper couch in the living area and a Twin day bed on the screened porch for extra guests.
Relax & Unwind:
Enjoy the quintessential 30A lifestyle on our lovely screened porch—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening breezes. When you`re ready for the beach, the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short, two-block walk away.

We provide everything you need for a stress-free stay, including:
Full Kitchen: Stocked for preparing meals at home.
Dedicated Workspace: High-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet area for those who need to catch up on work.
Convenience: Self check-in with a keypad for a smooth arrival.
Parking: Free parking on the premises.
Beach Access: Shared access nearby to get you to the sand in minutes.

Location is everything! You are in the heart of Old Seagrove:
Walkable: Just two blocks from the famous Seaside and Watercolor communities.
Dining & Shopping: Enjoy a short stroll through the beautiful, canopy-covered roads to discover an array of wonderful local restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
Convenience: A Publix supermarket is less than half a mile away for all your grocery needs.

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.
Quite Hours 10pm-8am
No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.
No Pets
Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.
The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.

Location was incredible. Quiet at night but close to all the shops and restaurants during the day. The host replied almost immediately to our questions. The house has old Florida charm and that was the best part. We were comfortable and enjoyed the relaxed feel of the house. If you are looking for a good clean house with character and a cottage feel, this is it. Nothing stuffy or pretentious - just beach, beach, beach! We will be back!
