## Utility Information

* Electricity allowance: $50 per week included; additional usage will be charged at $0.18 per kWh.

* Propane: Two tanks are provided — one under the grill and one replacement tank. If the replacement tank is used, guests are kindly asked to exchange it for a full tank before departure. If the property management company takes care of the exchange, a fee of $45 per tank applies.
