🏡 House Rules & Guest Information

1. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

⛔Unauthorized late check-out:

• Between 11:01 AM – 12:00 AM will incur a 200AED penalty charge.
• After 12:00 PM will incur a 500AED penalty charge; additionally, if a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged.

Please note: failure to vacate may result in local authorities being notified to take action against the illegal occupation of the premises.

2. 🔑 Check-in Process & Guest Registration

• Self check-in is in place.
• Access details will be shared once all guest IDs are provided, as required by building regulations and DET (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism).


3. 💳 Please keep the apartment key and access card (if provided) safe at all times. If the key or the access card is lost or missing, a replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged.


4. 🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any violation will result in a fine of up to AED 500.
• Balcony smoking is allowed.

5. 🌊 Swimming pool is located at Level 1; operating time: 10 AM to 10 PM
🏋️‍♀️Gym is located at Level 1; operating time: 5 AM to 10 PM
• Please note this timing may vary depending on maintenance, weather conditions and building management decisions.


6. 📝 Damage & Liability

• Guest is responsible for any damage or missing items, including costs for replacement, shipping, handling and arrangements to resolve the matter.


7. 🧼Daily housekeeping is not provided. The property is cleaned and prepared before arrival.
• If the property, or any of the goods within, are left in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee of AED 350 shall be charged.

8. 🎉 Guest Conduct

• No parties, events, loud music, or unauthorized visitors
• Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.


9. 🔇 Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Guests must keep noise to a minimum during this time to respect neighbours.
