This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a 2-car garage is located just 1 mile from the beach and only 2 miles from the lively Pier and Village area, making it easy to enjoy all the island has to offer.
Inside, the home features a spacious living room and a separate den, each equipped with a 50-inch TV for relaxing evenings. One of the highlights is the large screened-in porch, complete with a 60-inch TV and comfortable seating for nine — the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, evening conversations, or entertaining while surrounded by the peaceful, shaded neighborhood.
The full, well-stocked kitchen is ready for preparing everything from casual meals to family dinners. It opens to a dining area that comfortably seats six, with three additional bar seats at the kitchen counter for easy socializing.
