It consists of a living room with a sofa, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

- electricity, water, and gas consumption, air conditioning and heating, initial supply of bed and bath linens with weekly changes, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette and trash disposal); Wi-Fi access, shared washing machine, and private indoor parking



📌 Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- tourist tax: to be paid in cash, mandatory according to municipal regulations: €1.50 per day (children under 14 are exempt)

- security deposit, payable in cash or by card: €150 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay after an inspection of the apartment’s condition

- Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty of €100 will be charged for failure to clean the kitchenette and dispose of trash
