Welcome to Ferienwohnung Sonnenschein Baltique Travemünde, an elegant 45 m² holiday apartment that places you right at the heart of this beloved Baltic seaside resort. Completed in 2026 and set on the first floor of a well-appointed building with lift access, the apartment offers contemporary comfort and a warm, inviting atmosphere for up to two guests. Its exceptional location on Auf dem Baggersand means you are literally just 20 metres from the sea, while the sandy beach awaits you 500 metres away. From the property you enjoy a limited but delightful sea view, and the lively town centre with its shops, attractions and promenade is just a short walk from your door.

The bright, open-plan living area is floored in easy-care vinyl and designed with underfloor heating for a cosy feel in every season. A comfortable sofa corner invites you to relax after a day of exploring, perhaps while watching the 35–44 inch cable TV. The adjacent dining table provides a pleasant spot for meals, planning the next day’s excursion or simply enjoying a morning coffee. Large windows with full privacy screening let you regulate light and seclusion at will.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. You will find an electric oven and hob, a fridge with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. All necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and tea towels are supplied, so you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner with ease.

The bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, a WC, a washbasin and a full-length mirror. Warm water is always on hand, and the combination of modern fittings and allergy-friendly materials ensures a fresh, clean environment. The entire apartment is strictly non-smoking and suitable for allergy sufferers. Young children and babies are very welcome, though youth groups are not permitted.

Step out onto your private covered balcony, furnished with garden seating and a traditional Strandkorb beach chair, and breathe in the Baltic air. It is the perfect spot for a sundowner with the sea just beyond. A free, numbered parking space in the building’s garage (Stellplatz 44) gives you complete peace of mind if you arrive by car, but you will hardly need it: a supermarket is only 100 metres away, restaurants and the nearest public transport stop are 50 metres, and a doctor, hospital, bank and ATM are all within easy reach.

High-speed internet (Wi-Fi, from 100 Mbit/s via cable/fibre) keeps you connected, and a contactless check-in/out procedure makes your arrival and departure smooth and effortless. Whether you are planning a romantic seaside escape, an active sporting holiday or a family break, this apartment offers the ideal base. Secure your stay at Ferienwohnung Sonnenschein Baltique Travemünde and look forward to a truly memorable time on the shores of the Baltic.
