The approximately 50 m² 2-roomapartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Residenz am Hang at Am Hang 9 in Scharbeutz and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment was modernized and refurnished in November 2025 and offers a bright, modern living environment.
The spacious balcony with a side view of the sea invites you to relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air.
The living room is tastefully furnished and features a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The open sleeping alcove, which opens onto the living room, features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm).

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a microwave. The adjacent dining table seats up to 4 people, and dishes are provided.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer.
