Nestled among lush tropical plants, this private Princeville retreat offers true peace and quiet—no neighbors above or below. Massive wood beams and expansive windows fill the 1,500-square-foot home with natural light, creating a warm, open atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting.

The property has recovered from Hurricane Lowell, with the sole remaining item being one window that requires replacement. It has been boarded up and the glass removed for safety, and will be fixed after 10/24. All other areas are complete and ready for guests!

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES! This home is ideal for children, with a selection of games and toys to keep little ones entertained. We’re happy to provide complimentary baby equipment (baby gate, high-chair, bath, etc)—just let us know when you book.

With 3 bedrooms, a versatile loft, and 2 full bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps families and groups. The loft easily transforms into a dedicated workspace, kids’ play area, or extra sleeping space with a double pull-out sofa. It’s an ideal base for wedding parties at the nearby Westin Ocean Resort or Makai Golf Course.

After a day of beach time or golf, unwind in what is widely considered the largest heated pool in Princeville, lounge in the XL egg chair for two on your private deck, fire up the poolside grill, or enjoy games in the clubhouse. A small shared side yard gives kids a safe place to play.

The space:

The open first floor features a spacious living area with a large couch and big-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful monkey-pod dining table that seats 8. The island bar with four matching stools is perfect for casual breakfasts, laptop work, or conversation.

The master suite (king bed + private bathroom) is located on the main level, along with a washer and dryer. Step out from the living room onto the second lanai for outdoor dining for four and the XL egg chair.

Upstairs, the loft offers generous lounge space with a double pull-out sofa, additional seating, a desk for remote work, and direct access to the second full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms complete the upper level: one with twin beds and a TV, the other with a queen bed.
