For living and meal preparation, guests may use a separate annex within the estate, equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen, an en suite bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a furnished porch for al fresco dining.
Guests also have access to the garden, the estate’s outdoor areas, the on-site parking lot, and the tennis court. The owner will welcome you and will be available to assist with any needs during your stay.
The property offers a self-catering vacation experience, with ample outdoor space and an authentic atmosphere, nestled among the countryside, hills, and sea.

The beaches of Siderno Marina are just a few minutes’ drive away, while the historic village of Siderno Superiore is easily accessible on foot. The location also makes it easy to visit the towns along the Ionian coast, the villages of Locride, and the inland areas toward Canolo and Aspromonte.

An ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful, secluded stay surrounded by nature, without sacrificing the convenience of the beach and essential amenities.
