To comply with the identification obligations provided for by Italian regulations, all guests are required to complete, before arrival, the online check-in procedure through our secure system. During the procedure you will be asked to enter your identity document details, sign the rental contract and provide a debit or credit card as a guarantee for any damage or other amounts due in relation to your stay and, where applicable, for the payment of the tourist tax. Except for any amount relating to the tourist tax, no automatic charges will be made to your card.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents addressed to the guest.
