Galley style kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, pantry. Open plan dining area with table and chairs, living area with U shaped lounge with chaise on end, coffee table, non smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan. Sliding doors lead out to deck with outdoor setting, Weber Q gas BBQ, distant sea views.

3 way bathroom/2 bathrooms - one side has a walk-in shower, vanity and w/c- in the middle there is a separate 2nd w/c and the other side has walk in shower and hand basin.
European style laundry with front loading washing machine, sink, clothes airer iron and portable ironing board.
