Located in the village of Pennard on the Gower Peninsula, this holiday cottage is an excellent base for friends and family looking to enjoy Wales’ coastline and countryside. A 1-mile walk away lies Three Cliffs Bay Beach, one of the most photographed beaches in the UK, where golden sands, dramatic cliffs and scenic walking trails set the scene for a day by the sea. For a change of pace, the vibrant city of Swansea is 8 miles away, offering waterfront restaurants, independent shops, museums and family-friendly attractions. Rhossili Beach and the iconic Worm’s Head are 13 miles away. Known for their sweeping views and unspoilt scenery, they provide fantastic opportunities for walking, wildlife spotting and unforgettable sunsets. Wales’ capital city, Cardiff, is an hour by train, offering historic landmarks, excellent shopping, and a lively atmosphere.

At the heart of the property is a refurbished open-plan kitchen and dining area, finished with striking chevron flooring, sleek cabinetry and smart lighting. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before a day of exploring or gathering around the table in the evening, this sociable room is designed to bring everyone together. A couple of steps lead down to the comfortable lounge, where seating surrounds a wood burner, creating an inviting setting for quiet nights in. Patio doors fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the garden, linking indoor and outdoor living. Leading off the hallway are three bedrooms – a king-size, a double, and a twin – along with a modern shower room, all arranged for easy, restful stays.
