Passing the dining area, you enter the integrated kitchen. This allows you to prepare your own meals using a large fridge, a four-zone ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, extractor bonnet and the usual small electrical appliances such as a kettle, coffee machine and crockery. The bathroom is designed as a shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. The comfortable furnishings include air conditioning in the living room, free internet connection via WLAN, safe, washing machine, bed linen and towels included.

Various bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity within a radius of 50 to 150 metres.
