The Space:

It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it a TV with the SMART function and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this well-planned space, there is a place for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast and any other breakfast. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we can find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is a large balcony from which you can see the famous cranes of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the Motława River.



Guest Access:

One of the major advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant design, is the shared area available to guests. It includes a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.



The building also features an underground garage suitable for vehicles up to 2 metres in height. Cars equipped with LPG systems are also permitted. The number of parking spaces is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The parking fee is PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie 119 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
