* For an additional $100 per day, your entire group can access premium amenities in the building directly across the street, including a rooftop pool, BBQ area, fitness center, and outdoor
lounge spaces.
* Please be respectful of neighbors and observe any posted quiet hours.
* No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted unless approved in advance.
* Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Please notice that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests remain subject to final operational approval. In rare operational circumstances beyond our control, this service may become unavailable and any associated fees will be fully refunded.
