The flats were built in 2007 and furnished in a modern style. The floor and wall coverings, furniture and furnishings are coordinated and give the flat a modern, cosy flair. An electric tiled fireplace in the living room ensures a cosy feeling even on colder days. The flats are ideal for couples, but also for single travellers. Your four-legged family member is welcome. From the south/south-west facing terraces or balconies you have a view over the meadows towards the Achterwasser. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy beach, the pier forecourt with shops and restaurants and the Koserow highlight, the new pier, in less than 5 minutes. Excursion boats run from there during the season, e.g. to Rügen. All shopping facilities, town centre, bicycle hire, playground within walking distance (300 m). From the property you have direct access to the meadow and can take your four-legged family member for a relaxed walk.
