Welcome to our family home, a place steeped in history and memories, where several generations still meet every year to share precious moments by the water.

Located in Vions, a few minutes from the magnificent city of Chanaz and Lake Bourget, this fully renovated accommodation occupies part of old family barns carefully transformed to preserve the soul of the place.

An exceptional setting by the water
Important: the barns are divided into two independent dwellings. This apartment, totally independent, is located on the 1st floor with external access. A duplex maisonette occupies the first floor and part of the first floor. Some outdoor spaces are shared between the two dwellings.

Les Granges du Canal classified 3*** furnished tourism benefit from a rare location, directly on the banks of the Savières canal, with a soothing view of the water and direct access thanks to a shared private pontoon. Here, the days pass to the rhythm of boats, bike rides, swimming and sunsets on the canal.

The accommodation has:
- A large living room with a view of the canal and private balcony.
- A fully equipped kitchen (appliances, crockery, utensils, as well as the essentials of everyday life: oil, salt, pepper, etc.).
- Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a view of the canal, the other with a balcony on the garden side.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds, in a dormitory style.
- A bathroom with toilet.

A TV, games and books are also available, as well as Wi-Fi.

Outdoor spaces
You will enjoy garden furniture and a private barbecue for your meals and moments of relaxation by the water, or in the garden area, as well as a drying rack reserved for the accommodation.
Move garden furniture, barbecue and drying rack as you wish.

The following spaces are shared with the occupants of the second floor apartment:
- The garden (with its xx m2 of land, it will not be a problem to find privacy)
- The pontoon with direct access to the canal.
- The courtyard, closed by gate, with the possibility of parking.
- The laundry room with shared washing machine, and 1 drying rack/1 bucket/2 brooms/1 mop/1 vacuum cleaner per unit.

An ideal destination for nature lovers
The house is ideally located to discover the region:
- Chanaz, the "Little Savoyard Venice", a few minutes away.
- Lake Bourget and its beaches.
- Aix-les-Bains about 40 minutes.

Hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, wildlife observation or simply relaxing by the water: everything is there for a holiday in the great outdoors.
Both Lake Bourget and the village of Chanaz are accessible by kayak or paddle from the house (equipment not provided).
