Perched high above the untouched coastline of Southern Crete, Villa Aeterna is an exceptional seven-bedroom
private estate offering a rare combination of absolute privacy, contemporary comfort and uninterrupted views across
the Libyan Sea.
Nestled in the serene landscape of
Sidonia, where dramatic mountains descend towards the coastline, the villa has
been thoughtfully designed to embrace its natural surroundings. Rather than competing with the landscape, the
architecture becomes part of it, blending natural stone, earthy textures and expansive glass openings to create a
seamless dialogue between indoors and outdoors.
Spread across two levels, the property has been conceived as a private retreat for families and groups seeking both
togetherness and personal space. Seven independent ensuite guest rooms provide a level of autonomy rarely found in
large holiday homes.
At the heart of the villa lies a bright open-plan living area where the fully equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge
flow effortlessly towards the outdoor terraces and infinity pool. Large openings invite natural light throughout the
day while framing panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains.
Outside, life unfolds around the impressive infinity pool, perfectly positioned to capture both sunrise and sunset. A
fully equipped outdoor kitchen, covered dining area, barbecue and bar create an ideal setting for long summer
lunches, family gatherings and memorable evenings beneath the Cretan sky.
Combining understated luxury with authentic Cretan character, Villa Aeterna offers an experience defined by space,
silence, nature and genuine hospitality.
