The Space:

The bedroom area is furnished with a comfortable double bed with an upholstered headboard and high-quality hotel bedding. Carefully selected lighting and decorative wallpaper give the interior a cozy, elegant feel.



The living area features a comfortable sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping space or a relaxing space. Large windows provide ample natural light and lead to a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs – the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The modern kitchenette features matte green cabinets, gold handles, and a light countertop with an elegant pattern. The kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have access to a hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also a comfortable dining area with a round table and four chairs, perfect for communal meals and meetings. For your convenience, a welcome set of coffee, tea, and basic accompaniments is provided.



The bathroom is decorated in light, elegant tones, featuring large-format marble-finish tiles and gold faucets, lending the space a luxurious touch. Guests have access to a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet, and a functional sink with a large mirror. Hotel towels and a basic toiletries are provided, ensuring the highest level of comfort.



Guest Access:

One of the major advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant design, is the shared area available to guests. It includes a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.



The building also features an underground garage suitable for vehicles up to 2 metres in height. Cars equipped with LPG systems are also permitted. The number of parking spaces is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The parking fee is PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie c42 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.

Thanks to its location close to the historic city centre, many places can be reached on foot:



- Motława waterfront – approximately 100 m

- Polish Baltic Philharmonic – approximately 1 km

- National Maritime Museum – approximately 1.2 km

- Museum of the Second World War – approximately 1.2 km

- Long Embankment and the Crane over the Motława River – approximately 1.2 km

- Long Market and Neptune’s Fountain – approximately 1.7 km

- Gdańsk Główny railway station – approximately 2.3 km



Public transport stops are located nearby, providing convenient connections to other parts of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport is approximately 16 km from the apartment.
