On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace has been created on the premises. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
