It is stylish, comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. Two bedrooms with double beds, a very nice living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. A balcony is an additional space.

One of the major advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant design, is the shared area available to guests. It includes a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building also features an underground garage suitable for vehicles up to 2 metres in height. Cars equipped with LPG systems are also permitted. The number of parking spaces is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The parking fee is PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The Nadmotłwie A39 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
