Guests have at their disposal a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. An additional place to sleep will be a sofa bed in a separate room. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a spacious shower.
An additional advantage will be a pleasant balcony - the perfect place to sip your morning coffee.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

Exiting the building and turning just around the corner equals pleasant views of the Old Town, the Motława River and the yacht marina.
