In the air-conditioned living room you will find a sofa bed and a TV. A properly equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. The bedroom part has a large double bed and a place to work. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a toilet and a nice bathtub. An additional space is a terrace.

A pleasant, landscaped terrace is available on the property. Another major advantage of the building, in addition to its location and attractive design, is the shared area, which includes a free gym, a children’s playroom, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky viewing wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace was created on the premises.

Please note that renovation and construction works are taking place in and around the property and some rooms may experience some noise. We apologize for inconveniences.
