Nadmotławie 144 | Riverside | Sauna & Gym

Summary:

Sienna Grobla 6D Street | 31 m² | Nadmotławie 144 is a top-class apartment. It is made in accordance with the latest trends and using the highest quality materials. Despite its small size (31m2), the apartment surprises at every step. The ceilings, which are more than 3 meters high, add to the space.

The Space:

The kitchenette is optimally equipped. We will find there everything needed for a multi-day stay for two. The bedroom bed is large and very comfortable. Both of these spaces are equipped with TV sets with the SMART function. The bathroom is bold and made of high-class materials. Air conditioning is an obligatory element. However, the most important part of the apartment is the TERRACE. The terrace is prepared to meet a group of several friends or family. Comfortable armchairs, pouffes and a soft carpet are its most important elements of equipment. Despite this, the view is the greatest advantage of the terrace - the view of the Old Town, the observation wheel and the neighboring buildings appeals to everyone's taste.

Guest Access:

One of the major advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant design, is the shared area available to guests. It includes a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building also features an underground garage suitable for vehicles up to 2 metres in height. Cars equipped with LPG systems are also permitted. The number of parking spaces is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The parking fee is PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie 144 apartment is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.

Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.

Please be advised that the building's common area will be closed from September 24, 2026, to October 11, 2026, due to modernization work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
