It is hard to find a better place for a morning coffee or an evening drink than a comfortable terrace with a view of the Old Town and the river flowing past.

Nowa Motława 32.2 is a 47-meter apartment consisting of a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.
A few floors below the apartment there is a gym and a swimming pool with a SPA area. Using it is additionally payable.
An additional advantage is the parking space in the underground garage hall.
