If you want to explore the east of Mallorca in particular, then the modern Finca Es Vidrie is the perfect place for you. The ideal location between the most beautiful medieval small towns and lively coastal resorts of this island region will win you over. The two-storey holiday home is set against the backdrop of the Llevant mountains on a newly landscaped plot with mature trees. The centrepiece of the garden is the swimming pool embedded in the surrounding lawn. The skin-friendly pool offers cooling off and plenty of fun for young and old. Surrounded by the greenery of the rich Mediterranean flora, you can enjoy a completely private and unobstructed view of the sky. Experience the best relaxation while sunbathing on the sunbeds provided. For typical Mediterranean conviviality, this perfect summer residence offers a covered terrace with a long dining table where you can dine undisturbed - a brick barbecue supports you in your informal self-catering in the spacious holiday home.

From old to new! At first glance, the quarrystone-clad façade looks typically traditional, but on closer inspection, this successful example of Mallorcan architecture is enhanced by trendy colours such as soft green. Inside, you can expect light-flooded rooms in a modern ambience that will make your holiday model with several generations or families of friends a reality. White style combined with wood and light sand tones creates a pleasantly minimalist atmosphere that is reduced to the essentials as well as form and functionality. This is the case both in the smart, fully equipped kitchen and in the adjoining living and dining area. The indirect lighting concept also characterises a cosy evening by the fireplace. You will find a restful night's sleep in the five air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each of which also has a wall-mounted TV. Four exquisitely designed bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers are partly en suite (three). One bathroom is located between two bedrooms. Who doesn't dream of a dream holiday? Es Vidrie makes it possible and offers style and comfort.

The pleasant new-build finca Es Vidrie with its luxurious pool area is ideal for large families or two families. The property, which is located close to an acoustically perceptible country road, impresses with its modern facilities and great surroundings. You benefit from short distances to the most beautiful places in the east of the island: 5 minutes to Capdepera, 6 minutes to Canyamel, 9 minutes to Artà and a wide range of options for shopping at the market or supermarkets. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Canyamel are also within easy reach.
