Feet in the water, you will be located just above Lake Annecy.

20 minutes from the old town of Annecy and 20 minutes from the National Nature Reserve of Bout du Lac, you will be able to find your happiness between the old town and nature walks.



From the terrace, you can see the Château de Duingt with an unobstructed view of the lake.



Around, you will find a bakery, a Spar, a bicycle shop and a small restaurant just below the apartment.

Located 25 minutes from Semnoz for winter sports stations as well as a 5-minute hike from Taillefer for young and old.



On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine) with a dining table, a small living room and the terrace where you can admire the sunset.



The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed.

You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.



The mandatory extras in addition to the rate / night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation

- Sheets and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 17.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
