Featuring a firepit w/outdoor seating and dining , spiral & traditional stairs, 1 free parking spot on site and free on street (E Morningside Dr NE). Walkable to Piedmont Park, Publix, sprouts farmers market, Orpheus Brewing, Sweetwater Brewing, New Realm brewery, Botanical Gardens, Beltline, Ansley mall, Blake's, Midtown Moon, Smith's Old Bar, Ponce City Market.

We loved our stay at Ryan’s place! He was responsive and his house is at an ideal location. He also went above and beyond with his amenities and communication. We would love to stay there again!

Nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Owner very responsive. The narrow spiral stairs are cute, but wouldn’t work well for someone with mobility issues. A little low on supplies- no extra toilet paper, paper towels or hand soap for the bathroom, but was sanitizer at the door and some Nespresso coffee that we really appreciated. We would stay here again.

Private, well appointed renovated carriage house in gorgeous walkable and quiet area of Atlanta.

We enjoyed our stay and the property and found it very clean and quiet. We heard several birds in the morning as we had our coffee in the Gazebo next to the house. The host also checked that we were comfortable and settled which made us feel welcomed.
