Bright,
white and generously proportioned contemporary architecture is the signature of
this 300sqm villa set on a 588sqm plot. The open-plan living and dining area
along with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and guest WC occupy the ground
floor. Open the French windows and you are in your own holiday retreat: a
private garden with large outdoor deck, complete with stylish patio furniture
and sun loungers around a pristine infinity pool.
Back inside, three ensuite bedrooms occupy the upper floor, while the other two bedrooms on the lower level share a modern bathroom, with their own kitchen area. For an outdoor alternative
to the garden, check out the roof terrace where youll find a BBQ corner, a
seating area and a jacuzzi, all with magnificent sea views.
When youre
ready to explore your surroundings, youll be pleased to discover everyday
amenities as well as various shops, cafes and restaurants within walking
distance. Drive a few minutes and you can sample local hospitality in the
surrounding villages or visit Cape Greco, the unspoiled landmark of the
southern coast.
