🌿 Our family home in La Noue — Secret garden & sweet life on the island of Ré

We invite you to come and put your suitcases in our village house, a former cellar, located in La Noue, a confidential district of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, which we particularly like for its local life, its calm and its immediate proximity to the essentials: beach, market, bakery, cafes... Everything is done on foot or by bike.

🏡 A house full of charm and soul

This is our family home, carefully renovated, where we like to come and recharge our batteries. It can accommodate up to 7 people in an authentic, warm and soothing atmosphere, between natural stone, whitewashed beams and a Mediterranean garden.

As soon as you walk through the door, you enter a small haven of peace out of sight, with a garden with olive trees, a large wooden terrace, an outdoor dining area, armchairs in the shade and soft light throughout the day.

* 3 bedrooms:
* a large master suite of 20m² with king size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom,
* a double bedroom with king size bed (160cm) overlooking the garden,
* a children's or guest bedroom with double bed (140 cm), 1 single bed and 1 sofa; also overlooking the garden
* 2 bathrooms (shower + bath),
* 2 Toilets (first floor + upstairs),
* Large living room with living room, reading area, dining room, fireplace for your winter 😉 days / evenings
* Fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, ...),
* Office areas
* Fibre Wi-Fi (ideal for teleworking).

* reminder: cigarettes, vaping or the like are strictly forbidden inside the house
* In case of non-compliance, a flat rate of €350 will be charged for anti-odour treatment.

• At the foot of the Place des Tilleuls (market, bakery, café, grocery store), where the village lives.
• 5 min walk from the beach

💬 Why this house is different

We thought of this house as a refuge, a place to rest: no flashy luxury here, but comfort, taste, calm and a lot of care; but also where the heart of the village lives.
The feedback from our guests speaks of a "lived-in", welcoming house, where you immediately feel good. They particularly appreciate the garden, the calm, the location and the unique character of the house (library, antique furniture, family heirlooms...).

🧼 Services included / offered:

• Exit cleaning fee to be expected at the time of booking (mandatory): 105€
For stays of more than 7 days, an additional cleaning is mandatory (105€).
Ex:
If 8 to 15 days = 1 extra time to plan
If 3 weeks = 2 extra times to plan
If more, 1 extra time/week.
Think about your vacation and enjoy, we take care of the rest 🥳.
• Intermediate cleaning possible (105€)
• Towels provided
• Bed linen provided at an additional cost.
Possibility of rental and beds made on arrival (optional): 35€ / week (or shorter stays) and / bed (double bed), 30€ / week (or shorter stays) and / bed (single bed).
Change of sheets not provided during the stay except long stays.
• Late check-out: minimum 30€ (low season)
• The payment of the rental balance will be requested at the time of booking please by transfer.
We remind you that all reservations will be firm, no refund in case of cancellation will be due; thank you for your understanding.
• Local concierge service possible (bike rental, etc),
• Provision of bicycles (4 city bikes in the house)
• Address book of the island, good addresses of producers and secret corners shared with pleasure.

📆 Weekly rental (or according to long weekends), subject to availability - All year round: Summer, spring, school holidays, long weekends and winter (for a different 😉 authenticity) ...
