The Gardens of the Arcades – First Concierge
Apartment for 1 to 6 people – Montpellier Arcades District
This is a 135 m² owner-occupied apartment on the first floor of a townhouse comprising two dwellings. Magnificent volumes for the living space. Spacious lounge opening onto a generous terrace overlooking the gardens of the grand houses in the highly reputed Arcades district. Fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, two shower rooms accommodating 6 people. Ideal apartment for short or long stays to relax in the evening on the terrace with your eyes lost in the stars far from the hustle and bustle of the city. You may perhaps spot a squirrel climbing in the trees.
What we loved: Its peace and quiet in the heart of Montpellier. An unobstructed view of gardens. The height of the windows and the volume of the rooms. A very beautiful renovation, excellent quality of fittings, a large terrace, air-conditioned apartment. The apartment is equipped with all comforts. High-speed Internet. WIFI. Bus and tram at the foot of the building. Please download "Waze" for your journey.
