Summary:

Duplex for 4 in the very centre of León, one minute from Ordoño II and a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Barrio Húmedo tapas streets, set in a quiet brick courtyard (shared with the building) away from the noise. Two bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed, one with two single beds (trundle); one full bathroom. Living room with dining table and TV, separate kitchen with dishwasher, fast WiFi, heating and lift to the door. Smartphone-app entry. No parking on site or nearby.



The Space:

Layout: the duplex is on two levels joined by an internal wooden staircase. Downstairs: living room with sofa, dining table and TV, separate kitchen and the full bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs: the two bedrooms.



Sleeping: bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds (one pulls out from under the other) and a desk. Sleeps 4; no sofa bed.



Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker.



Extras: fast WiFi, heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a quiet private courtyard shared only with the building.



Guest Access:

The whole duplex is yours. The building has a lift to the apartment door and a self check-in system through a smartphone app: we send you a short step-by-step guide before arrival and are on hand by phone if anything fails.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the historic and commercial heart of León: Ordoño II (the main shopping street) is 1 minute away, the Cathedral and the Barrio Húmedo (tapas bars) 5 minutes on foot, the Casa Botines by Gaudí and Plaza Mayor under 10 minutes, and the San Marcos parador and the river walks 15 minutes. Supermarkets and bakeries are on the surrounding streets.



Getting Around:

Everything is walkable. León train station (AVE from Madrid in 2 h) is a 10-minute walk, the bus station 12 minutes. Parking: the apartment has no space and there is no car park nearby; if you come by car, leave it in a public car park on the edge of the centre and walk in.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.



Access is with a smartphone app: bring a charged phone and follow the guide we send you; call us if you get stuck. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. No smoking indoors, no pets, no parties. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
