This Mediterranean-style villa in Can Pastilla combines spacious rooms, plenty of natural light, and a pleasant outdoor lifestyle. Located right by the sea and in a particularly convenient spot, it’s an ideal choice for families or groups looking for comfort, a private pool, and an excellent base for exploring the island.
Outside, you’ll find a private pool, several terraces, and a cozy covered chill-out area with wooden beams—perfect for leisurely breakfasts or al fresco dinners. A barbecue (BBQ) area and private parking on the property round out the experience.
The interior combines spacious and functional areas, with a comfortable living room and a kitchen designed for extended stays.
The villa is spread over two floors. The first floor features the common areas, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms, and a dining room, creating a very comfortable space for group gatherings. On this same floor, there is also a double bedroom located across from one of the shared bathrooms, which is especially convenient for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and features an en suite bathroom and a private walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms make up a total of five bedrooms in the home, which share two shared bathrooms.
*Payment of the eco-tax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands and must be paid in CASH upon arrival (€2.20 per person per night)*
*After making your reservation, you will receive all communications through the platform where you made your reservation.
*Payment of the deposit and online check-in are required to gain access to the accommodation.
*KEY PICKUP WILL TAKE PLACE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION.
*Three days before your arrival (provided the deposit payment and check-in have been completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation’s key box.
*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used starting on the official check-in date and time indicated in your reservation.
*On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the key box before 10:00 a.m.
*No events or parties of any kind are permitted*
*Quiet hours are mandatory between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.; during the rest of the day, consideration for neighbors is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc., are not permitted)*
*Pets allowed upon request*
*Please keep the kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
*Important: Due to the house’s location and depending on the season, there may be insects. Slow Villas provides a kit of products so you can enjoy your stay without any inconvenience.*
