The apartment was well equipped, in fact, it had just been renovated, so it was basically brand new. Having a dedicated laundry room was a huge plus. The location was very central and convenient.
The only thing that we had any issues with was the television. There were a few times when we had problems with it connecting to the wifi. I don't know if it was the location of the television or the television, itself. We had no issues with our computers and the wifi, just the TV.
