Both excellent.
Dinner offerings on first of two nights were meagre as deliveries hadn't arrived. Communication with hotel before arrival was frustrated by outdated website information. Eco golf estate as entrance to pristine forest location.

The friendly staff, very caring and if you request assistance they are willing to help. Clean rooms and the environment outdoor tennis court, pool and game room
The location is perfect; however, the 15 km gravel road to Katberg is in very poor condition and unfortunately not suitable for my car.
I had a tyre burst along the way and had to wait for about an hour for a tow truck, which then had to take me all the way to Fort Beaufort.
It was quite a stressful experience, so I would recommend making guests aware of the road conditions beforehand. The breakfast menu was the same thing everyday, Bacon, tomatoes and eggs. No one to assist with Bag and no parking
