Quiet and clean
10 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026
The fact that it was quiet, clean, the location was very quiet and close to amenities and no issues with the house roommates.
Nothing to complain about..I’ve loved every minute

Perfect location.
Shared bathroom is not ideal, but obviously that kept the value as it was.
5 / 10·set 2026
The location is good, the kitchen was good enough, the property was easy to get into.
It could have been neater, that would have made me more comfortable.
The light in the bathroom doesn't work.
