There's a certain kind of trip where the house is half the vacation — where the kids beg to stay in as much as they beg to go out, and the adults still manage to steal a quiet minute for themselves. The Luxury 8BR Disney Villa is built for exactly that trip. Spread across two levels with room for up to 16 guests, this is the kind of place that turns a family reunion or big group getaway into the trip everyone keeps bringing up for years afterward. The heart of it all is a game room loaded for a crowd: racing arcade cabinets, foosball, air hockey, and a ping pong table that somehow always ends up hosting the most competitive match of the week. When it's time to shift gears, the private home theater takes over — a large projection screen and tiered recliners set the scene for a movie night that keeps every generation happy. The bedrooms are where the magic really lands for the little ones. Kids get their pick of imaginative themed rooms, from a superhero hideout to a princess-worthy retreat, while the grown-ups settle into stylishly appointed suites of their own. With eight bedrooms and five full bathrooms across the home, there's space for everyone to spread out — no one's waiting on a bathroom before a big park day. The open-concept main floor is where the group naturally comes back together. A modern kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, so whoever's cooking stays in on the conversation, and there's easy room for the whole crew to gather when the day winds down. Step through to the screened-in lanai and you've got your own private slice of Florida sunshine — a sparkling pool for afternoon splash sessions and a bubbling hot tub for unwinding once the kids are finally asleep. As a home base, it's hard to beat. The Walt Disney World parks sit just up the road, roughly fifteen minutes away, with Universal Orlando an easy half-hour beyond that. Closer in, Champions Gate is stacked with championship golf, and family-friendly tables like Ford's Garage and Miller's Ale House are minutes from the door. Your stay also includes access to the resort amenities at the nearby Oasis Club, where a lazy river, community pool, and splash park hand the kids one more reason to love this one. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more.
