Very convenient and practical apartment with all the facilities. Located in a quiet street. The host was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent service.

The only negative was that the apartment was not ready at the check in time. It was eventually cleaned but the actual time for check in was delayed significantly.

The apartment itself is modern and nicely designed, and the location in Kallithea was convenient for us. Communication with the host was generally easy, and after our stay he responded properly to our feedback and acknowledged the issues.

Unfortunately, our stay started badly. We had agreed in advance that we could leave our luggage and that the apartment would be ready after 15:00. However, when we returned at around 15:30–15:40, the apartment had still not been cleaned at all. The cleaning team then arrived and cleaned the apartment very quickly, but the quality was not very good. In our opinion, the cleanliness was around 3 out of 5. Another major problem was the noise. On several weekdays, construction work nearby started at around 08:00, with very loud drilling and hammering. It was extremely difficult to sleep or properly rest in the morning. We understand that the host cannot control the neighbours, but guests should be informed in advance when there is ongoing construction nearby. These issues significantly affected our overall experience and unfortunately made part of our holiday less relaxing than expected.
