Situated in the heart of the countryside and really peaceful. plus plenty of parking space. The property was very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped so eating in was not a problem, rather like home from home.
On arrival there was a very welcome home-made cake on the table which we enjoyed with a cup of tea.

Located at the end of a narrow no through road, the Hayloft is a comfortable, well presented 3 bed cottage ajoining 2 others in the complex. Excellent wifi, TV and very helpful hosts made our stay very pleseant. There are 2 good hotels in nearby Exford (about 1 mile) and a well stocked village shop where a wide range of provisions can be bought. All in all a good base for exploring Exmoor and surrounding areas.
The drive could do with a little maintenance, otherwise nothing.
