We needed a space with 5 bedrooms for a wedding and this condo was perfect. The weather cooperated perfectly to enjoy the outdoor covered front porch and we enjoyed coffee and breakfast there. The entire condo appears to have been recently renovated and it was very clean.
We spent very little time in the space due to wedding festivities, so it didn’t matter that the common space is smaller. The combined little kitchen and living room would be very small for a large group on a cold or rainy day. The kitchen needs dish towels and cloths. There were no paper towels. Although we paid for parking behind the building, there was always free street parking available over the weekend.
