Perfect location in Old Town, easy access to top floors with Lift, fresh, clean, newly redone, spacious, all in, hope to return one day. Just lovely.

EXCELENTE TODO!!!, realmente me sorprendió de encontrar un lugar así, la habitación y el baño amplios, la decoración no sé cómo describirla, era tan pero tan bella, quería trasladar la habitación a mí casa, heladera con agua, máquina de café con cápsulas, me tocó una habitación al frente con un balcón estilo parisino que lo disfrute muchísimo, ubicado en el casco histórico, lleno de lugares para comer, las chicas de limpieza un amor, quisiera ponerle infinito de estrella pero noe deja. Volveré sin dudas

The room itself looks great, and bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Málaga. Windows and shutters effectively block any noise from outside Once you have the code it's easy to access the hotel and the room without needing a physical key

Very noisy in mornings and evenings in the lobby area as people come in, hang around, and leave, so kept getting woken up (we stayed on the ground floor). Also noise from above was also was quite bad as people walk around and specially when they were likely having a shower as the pump must be in the vicinity of the room so it would make a racket No side lights beside the beds, the light switches beside the beds turn on/off the room lights Code to enter the accommodation wasn't sent to use prior so we had difficulty getting in initially. There was a staff member inside the hotel at this point luckily however, so they let us in and sent us the code for later access. We were able to leave our bags in a spare room prior to check in which was good. We came back just after the stated check in time to get in our room but the room was not ready so we had to wait another 30-40 mins before we could get into our room We ran out of toilet roll on our second day (and we weren't given any spares) and we contacted the property 8pm in evening to ask about getting more but because there was no-one manning the hotel we could not get any, so we had to go and buy our own. Wet room is not practical, after showering the toilet gets soaked because it's right next to it, toilet roll would get damp too, could do with a panel between the toilet and the shower
