We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Vitor and his family were absolutely fantastic - they personally came to greet us on arrival, showed us around the house and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The personal touches really made the stay special. We were welcomed with a beautiful basket of local treats, including freshly baked pastéis de nata and bolas de berlim, along with local jams, coffee and wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely introduction to the local area. We were also travelling with an infant, and the hosts went above and beyond to make things easy for us. They provided all the baby essentials we could have needed, and more, which made travelling with a little one so much more convenient. The house itself is newly renovated, beautifully presented and in excellent condition. It is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, while still feeling very homely. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here. The combination of a beautiful, well-equipped home and genuinely thoughtful, welcoming hosts made this a particularly memorable stay. We would happily return!
