The condo was very clean and location was great! There was live music in the center and so much walkable options for drinks at sunset, happy hour specials, and delicious food options.

It was well-located, near the pool, service to other pools and beach access. We walked and rented bikes, enjoyed the concerts downstairs and many dinners, lunches and bike rides. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. All of the appliances were operational. The location is very convenient for walking to interesting shops and restaurants. The pool area was well maintained and not crowded during our time there.

One of the windows was damaged and would not close completely, allowing street noise to be heard until at least 11 pm on a Friday night. Host was informed, but no repair was made or attempted as far as I know. We were awakened by generators and people yelling as a farmers market was set up early Sunday morning. Not enough information was provided to truly take advantage of beach access. Umbrella/chair fees and beach space limitations were a surprise for us as first-time visitors. Also, the "private" hot-tub was not private at all as it was next to the community pool.
