It had a central location and last minute availability which we were really pleased with. The property was good value for money and the bed was really comfortable.
The paying system was confusing for both the guest and the owner. We weren’t charged by booking.com but there was not a clear way to pay the owner because the website said the owner would not accept cash.
This meant we couldn’t understand how to pay and we the owner thought we were trying to leave without payment which was never our intention. It payment instructions need to be made clear.
