Beautiful Hotel!! ❤️

Unfortunately! Our shower tray kept filling up within the first few minutes. All the stuff in the drain was coming up with it! I did email them regarding the issue and tried to solve the problem.

Location great. Decor really good. Very clean. Great nights sleep despite overlooking the street.

Unfortunately I didn’t have any hot water in the morning. Not end of the world but a shame when everything else was perfect. I would assume just a glitch.

Great price, very comfortable and new, easy check-in (out of hours), so didn’t see any staff.

Good location and comfortable bed

No staff on site, despite mention of reception staff speaking English. No response when contact number called. There is no way to request any additional items (e.g., coffee/firmer pillows). TV is available but not standard channels. Quite a lot of internal noise with people returning from a night out at 4.30am. Didn’t feel particularly secure as 2 women entering the property at night, the front door is automatic and doesn’t close very quickly. Building work ongoing, no noise but unfinished areas such as the stairs feel quite messy. Lift not working. Very little communication before/during/after stay. Would expect a message to check everything was ok but nothing as yet. Our room was very warm and window only opens a small amount. Overwhelming smell of fried chicken from the nearby take away. Codes for doors did not always work, we had to enter the code several times at one point and not sure what we would have done if they hadn’t eventually worked
