The location is fantastic—right near the main road with everything close by. Though the building is old, it was spotlessly clean and completely odor-free. The staff were wonderfully cooperative and always had a great attitude.
On the downside, a few things need attention. The wardrobe is old, though to their credit, they've already started replacing most of the old furniture. The hall carpet looks worn and really needs changing, and the washing machine is old and rusty—hopefully that's also on the upgrade list. I'd also suggest they pay a bit more attention to thoroughly cleaning the bed covers.
