The property is in a quiet location away from traffic. It's similar to using an Airbnb and you are booking the entire property with all inclusive facilities such as microwave, fridge, oven, gas hob, kettle, washing machine, TV, toilet and bath. Compared to hotel where an issue can be resolved quickly as they are most likely to have an on site maintenance person, this property does not have such convenience and therefore you will need to be comfortable with knowing how to resolve the issue by yourself first if possible and then escalate to host if necessary. You will also need to be comfortable with disposing the rubbish in accordance with the local rubbish collection arrangement. If you are happy to bear such responsibilites, then this property is for you.

There was a problem with the key code. The original key code was incorrect but the host resolved the issue promptly by resetting and provided a correct code. Map provided by the host was incorrect and it led me to a location 20 minutes away from the correct location. Strangely the map provided by Booking.com when the property was booked and paid was correct. This issue was resolved without contacting the host. Some may find this as an issue but personally, I don't think it is. The nearest JR station is 15 minutes by walking and nearest convenience shop (7 Eleven) is 10 minutes away. However, the location of the amenities is not a reflection of the property. People may prefer to have everything conveniently located but for those who don't think this is an issue, then it shouldn't be a problem.
