Comfy bed. Relatively quiet for a town. Courteous owner
Wasn’t entirely clear that it was a room in a shared house

The host was excellent and kept in touch before and after the stay. He explained the set up well, gave me advice on where to go for dinner, where to park the car and how to use the home. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable, the shower was hot and, all in all, I would recommend a stay here. I only stayed overnight but there is a study area if you had to come to Melbourne for work.
The only thought I had was the towel was a bit rough in texture after my shower and there were steps to the entrances. Oh and opening and shutting the fence gate took a bit to work out but it was fine once you knew how.

The bed was very comfortable, very close to the airport, and the host was very polite and punctual.
Nothing.
