The apartment has an excellent location in the heart of Menton’s historic old town. The beach, restaurants and the market are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
It is also very convenient that you can drive directly up to the building for a few minutes to unload your luggage. There is a covered parking garage nearby, as well as an open parking area next to the market, only about two minutes away. The open parking is free from 7 PM to 9 AM and all day on Sundays.
A special thank you to Julien, the host, who personally welcomed us and made sure everything went smoothly with our arrival. He is a very friendly, welcoming and attentive host.

Нам сподобалося все! Для нашої родини ці апартаменти були ідеальними. Зручна локація, наче в серці міста, зовсім поруч із пляжами, затишна квартира з цікавим інтерʼєром. Дуже дбайлива комунікація із господарями, відчуття безпеки і спокою. Сподобався дизайн квартири і сміливо можу сказати, що там було все необхідне для нашого комфортного перебування. Можливо, єдине, щоб я порадила додати в квартиру - це дзеркало в повний зріст, що буде висіти вертикально. Можливо біля шафи, в спальні.
Спочатку я думала, що для пляжного відпочинку мінусом напевно стане відсутність балкону, але завдяки продуманій організації простору, ми тут маємо вікно в санвузлі і достатньо місця для сушки одягу і пляжних речей, тому, в результаті це не стало проблемою.

Everything was absolutely perfect - the apartment is very nice and comfortable, Julien is a great host and very accommodating, it is an a great location right in the middle of Menton Old Town and very close to the beach and restaurants.

This cute apartment is in a very old building with lots of charm, tastefully renovated and decorated. Well-equipped as well. We loved it right away! The location is super convenient for tourists, I think - you step outside of the building to find yourself in the heart of the old town, with many restaurants (if you like seafood - try Les Enfants Terribles), bars, small shops, ancient cathedrals, magnificent views of the promenade and the marinas. 200 meter distance from the door to the great sandy beach. Julien the host was very thoughtful and responsive. He came personally to greet and introduce the apartment and gave us some useful advices about the area.
